Parent: #267

Depends on: #268, #269

Milestone: Lazarus Pit v2.0

What

Define how multiple participants team up against a project while keeping runtimes, repos, and living space clean.

Scope

  • project lane model (repo/issue/branch target inside a cell)
  • shared notes / shared artifacts inside the cell only
  • explicit publication path back to canonical Gitea truth
  • rules for pairing, red-team/blue-team, guest bot collaboration, and human direction
  • no-shadow-state rule outside Gitea for durable outputs

Acceptance Criteria

  • project-lane model is explicit
  • shared scratchpad/artifact rules are explicit
  • pair/team modes are described without leaking runtime state across cells
  • publish-back rules to Gitea are explicit
  • collaboration does not imply shared secrets or shared homes
