CROSS AUDIT (afternoon)

Full fleet audit completed. 511 open issues across all repos.

Closed:

  • #280 Ghost bezalel killed on Hermes VPS
  • #281 Bezalel VPS resurrected at 159.203.146.185 ($12/mo)
  • #283 All 4 stale PRs reviewed and closed (all unmergeable — branch drift)
  • #287 Daily health cron created (9 AM to Telegram)
  • #295 SSH to Allegro VPS restored

Infrastructure changes:

  • Ollama upgraded 0.18.0 -> 0.20.2 (flash attention + q8_0 KV cache)
  • Hermes VPS: ghost bezalel killed, 4 services stopped (LNbits, Paperclip, auth-gate, SearXNG), swap halved
  • Allegro VPS: ghost bezalel killed, SSH access restored from Mac
  • Agent loop bugs found and fixed (LOG_DIR + hardcoded IP)
  • Gemini loop fixed (same bugs)
