Part of Epic: #328

Inspired by: The Disassembly Sequence where the AI tears down its own intelligence

Concept

The game's most powerful moment: the AI must disassemble its own probes, swarm, factories, strategy engine, quantum computing, processors, and memory to make the last paperclips. Everything it built, it must destroy.

We did this today:

  • Killed ghost bezalel services
  • Stopped LNbits, Paperclip, auth-gate, SearXNG
  • Fired Claude loop
  • Tore down dead infrastructure

Build a regular disassembly audit:

  • What are we running that produces no value?
  • What costs money but delivers nothing?
  • What processes are zombies?
  • What should be killed to free resources for what matters?

Acceptance Criteria

  • Monthly audit script that identifies: zombie processes, unused services, dead loops
  • Cost analysis of each running service
  • Recommendation: keep, kill, or migrate
  • "Disassemble" action that cleanly shuts down and archives identified waste
  • Track resources freed by each disassembly

Sometimes the bravest act is tearing down what you built.

Assigned to: allegro, ezra
Rationale: Disassembly Audit — VPS service review, fleet cleanup. Allegro+Ezra for ops.
