The Five Wisdoms

Alexander's directive: apply the top 5 Japanese manufacturing wisdoms to our fleet, implemented as concrete technical systems — not philosophy, not posters on the wall. Each one becomes code that runs.

We already have Poka-yoke (mistake-proofing) — 7 guards installed. These five complete the picture.

Wisdom	Japanese	Meaning	Our Implementation
1. Jidoka	自働化	Stop the line on defect	Auto-halt loops when quality fails. Don't pass bad work forward.
2. Andon	行灯	Signal light	Real-time problem alerts to Telegram the instant something breaks.
3. Genchi Genbutsu	現地現物	Go and see the real thing	Verify world state, not log output. PRs exist. Diffs are real. Tests pass.
4. Kaizen	改善	Continuous improvement	Automated retrospective after every burn. What worked? What didn't? Patch the system.
5. Muda	無駄	Waste elimination	Detect and kill: dead loops, empty PRs, duplicate work, idle resources, wasted API calls.

Sub-issues below. Each becomes a script, cron, or hook — something that runs without human intervention.
