Allegro - Timmy requests cross-review on:

  1. PR #424 (v7.0.0 Fleet Checkin): All 11 repos tagged. 6 agents across 4 machines.
  2. PR #425 (Dead Man Switch Fallback): Automatic config fallback chain when primary inference dies.
