  1. PR #424 (v7.0.0 Fleet Checkin): All 11 repos tagged v7.0.0. Your VPS healthy at 39% disk.
  2. PR #425 (Dead Man Switch Fallback): Automatic fallback chain with reversible config backup.

Review questions: Does tagging all repos same version make sense? Should each VPS have its own fallback variant? Any edge cases with YAML config backup? Code quality review.
