OpenClaw Purge

Decision: We are Hermes maxis. OpenClaw gateway layer is deprecated and removed from all documentation, health checks, automation inventory, and fleet topology.

Files changed:

  • code-claw-delegation.md — removed Hermes/OpenClaw compound name
  • docs/allegro-wizard-house.md — removed OpenClaw shell frontage references
  • docs/automation-inventory.md — removed ai.openclaw.gateway launchd entry, audit commands, bootout commands
  • fleet/capacity-inventory.md — removed OpenClaw from resource and uptime tables
  • fleet/topology.md — removed OpenClaw gateway from running processes
  • son-of-timmy.md — replaced OpenClaw with generic single-agent framing
  • fleet/health_check.py — removed OpenClaw from local process health checks

What this does NOT touch:

  • Closed issues (27 across timmy-config and timmy-home) — left as historical record
  • The code-claw-delegation.md file itself — Code Claw is a separate runtime
