~/.timmy/OPERATIONS.md says the old bash-loop world is deprecated and must not be restored.

But active ~/.hermes/bin/ still contains remote-era scripts and panels pointing at the VPS/dashboard world, including claude-loop.sh, gemini-loop.sh, timmy-orchestrator.sh, agent-loop.sh, ops-panel.sh, ops-gitea.sh, timmy-status.sh, agent-dispatch.sh, and claudemax-watchdog.sh.

Many still reference 143.198.27.163 or archived dashboard paths.

Acceptance criteria:

  • remote-era scripts are moved out of active ~/.hermes/bin/ into a clearly marked legacy quarantine
  • active status panel checks localhost model/runtime state, not the archived dashboard/VPS world
  • OPERATIONS.md and the active bin directory agree about what is live vs dead
