Depends on: #175 (memory extraction patterns)

Must Address

  1. When: End of every query loop (like Claude Code) or end of session? Cost implications for local inference.
  2. Memory types: Adopt Claude Code's type system or design our own? What categories matter for Grand Timmy?
  3. Relevance scoring: Their algorithm adapted for our smaller knowledge base. Embedding-based or keyword-based?
  4. Aging: Time-based decay? Usage-based? How aggressive?
  5. Storage: Flat MEMORY.md (current) vs structured memdir (Claude Code's approach)?
  6. The extraction prompt: Adapted for Timmy's voice and sovereignty principles.
