ProblemCreated Qin profile while Ezra was broken and Timmy was down. Priority inversion.## Solution PatternBlocker-based workflow: existing issues must be resolved before new work accepted.## Acceptance Criteria- [ ] Add BLOCKERS.md to repo listing current critical issues- [ ] New issue creation blocked if BLOCKERS.md has unchecked items- [ ] Allegro cannot create new profiles while assigned to critical issues- [ ] Definition of done: working confirmation from user, not just 'I ran the command'- [ ] Current blockers: - Ezra Telegram confirmed working - Timmy deployed and responsive - Issue #219 closed by user confirmation## ReferenceLinear/Github issue blocking patterns.
