Source: ~/google-ai-ultra-plan.md.

Goal:
Turn Google AI Ultra from a vague pile of capabilities into an explicit boundary document for Timmy.

Required stance:

  • Gemini/Google products may be used for research, media generation, and prototyping
  • OpenClaw should remain a sidecar, not the sovereign mind
  • All telemetry and durable operational traces still flow through the Hermes harness
  • Google cloud tools must not become Timmy's core conscience, memory authority, or gameplay loop

Acceptance:

  • write a spec naming allowed vs forbidden Google AI uses
  • map each Google product to a role: research, media, prototyping, or forbidden core path
  • include concrete examples of what stays local and what may temporarily use Google cloud
  • cross-reference Timmy sovereignty doctrine and the OpenClaw sidecar stance

Uniwizard (#94) context: Google boundaries still apply. Gemini is a backend, not a wizard. Budget enforcement (#97) handles this at the infra level.

Deliverable: specs/google-ai-boundaries.md

A single document with two tables:

Table 1: Allowed Uses

Product Allowed Role Constraint
Gemini API Cloud backend for multimodal tasks Blind cognition only, no identity
Deep Research Research input for knowledge ingestion (#87) Timmy evaluates, never trusts raw
NotebookLM Media generation for briefings Output is artifact, not authority

Table 2: Forbidden Uses

Product Why
Gemini as primary model Violates local-first principle
Google Cloud as sole hosting Single vendor dependency
Any Google product as memory authority Sovereignty violation
Telemetry flowing to Google Data stays local

Acceptance Criteria

  • specs/google-ai-boundaries.md exists with both tables
  • Every Google product Alexander uses is explicitly mapped
  • Document reviewed by Alexander
  • Referenced in OPERATIONS.md under "Cloud Backends" section
