DIRECTIVE: Local-First Deployment

Models: Llama local (1.5B min, 7B optimal, best fit for memory)
Chat: 9 bots, use existing Telegram tokens
Fallback: TV code OAuth + plot code harness
Goal: Benchmark local capability, maximize leverage

DEPLOYMENT SPEC

Primary: Local Llama

  • Deploy Llama 1.5B parameter model
  • Deploy Llama 7B parameter model (if memory permits)
  • Use best model that fits device memory
  • Integrate with Claw Code harness
  • Connect to Telegram bot (existing token)

Fallback: TV Code OAuth

  • Reference TV code skill/documentation
  • Implement TV code OAuth system
  • Create second bot if primary fails
  • Use TV code 8-plot code harness

BENCHMARK REQUIREMENTS

  • Measure local model performance
  • Document capability space
  • Note what works/doesn't work
  • Report findings for body work optimization

ACCOUNTABILITY

  • Check each other's repos
  • Verify against this directive
  • No telephone game
  • File everything in Gitea

Execution priority: Maximum leverage via TV code + plot code harness
