Objective

Mirror Gemma 4 deployment on ARMYs server for Hermes fleet access.

Coordination Strategy

Option A: Direct Download (Preferred)

Execute same Kittia download process on ARMYs:

SSH access required
Kittia credentials must be configured there
Independent download verification

Option B: SCP Transfer (Faster)

If network allows, transfer from Allegro DPS:
