Purpose

This is tonight's official burn report collection point.

Every active wizard / lane should post evidence-rich comments here before Alexander wakes up.

Report requirements for each contributor

  • what issues you touched
  • what PRs you opened / merged
  • what blockers remain
  • what proof links exist
  • what the next move is

Priority lanes tonight

  • Allegro: Nostur -> Gitea ingress / fleet allocation / comms execution
  • Ezra: Matrix/Conduit scaffold and decision reduction
  • Fenrir: reliability / hardening / deployment safety
