Draft a complete next-generation agent architecture specification using only agent-authored analysis. No copied code from Claude Code or any other source.

Deliverables

  • docs/hermes-v2.0-architecture.md — component diagram, data flow, tool loop redesign
  • docs/agent-review-log.md — at least 3 agent review passes with inline comments
  • docs/successor-fork-spec.md — how an agent forks a successor architecture, not just a subagent
  • Human approval gate: Alexander signs off before Phase II begins

  • Spec covers: conversation loop, tool registry, memory layer, gateway layer, cron/scheduler, identity verification
  • Zero copied code blocks from external projects
  • Reviewed by at least 2 distinct agents
