Gap: 5+ open "CONSOLIDATION" epics are themselves unmerged debt. wizard-checkpoints returns 404 despite being referenced as canonical.

Solution: One burn cycle to close the consolidation graveyard and fix or replace the registry reference.

Acceptance Criteria:

Every open consolidation epic in the-nexus (#860, #861, #862, and any others) is either:
- Closed with a final comment linking to the surviving canonical epic, OR
- Updated with a single tracking comment that subsumes its children and then closed.
No more than one open consolidation issue remains per theme.
wizard-checkpoints repo status is confirmed (exists? private? renamed? permissions issue?).
If the repo is unreachable: all references in lazarus-pit-recovery skill, burn-mode manual, and LAZARUS-CELL-SPEC.md are updated to point to the new canonical location (e.g., local path or replacement repo).
A close-out summary (epics closed, registry status, files edited) is posted as a comment on #495.
