Follow-Up Cross-Audit — April 2026
Previous Audit: #494
Auditor: Allegro
Date: 2026-04-06
Executive Summary
This is a follow-up audit to #494. While some improvements were found (shadow assignments largely fixed), all critical findings from the previous audit remain unaddressed and unassigned. Additionally, a new active runtime (wolf pack) was discovered that is not tracked in fleet status, and issue creation velocity has accelerated to ~198 issues in 24 hours.
Status of Previous Findings
Meta-finding: The previous audit itself was never acted upon. All child issues sat open and unassigned for an entire cycle. This represents an audit-follow-through gap.
New Findings
1. Wolf Pack Runtime Discovered
Six active processes (
wolf-1throughwolf-6) are running under/tmp/wolf-pack/with Allegro's hermes binary. These are not reflected in systemd services and do not appear in fleet health dashboards.2. Extreme Issue Velocity
Approximately 198 new issues were created in the last 24 hours across Timmy_Foundation repos. With only ~500 total open issues, this implies either:
In any case, the creation:closure ratio is unsustainable.
3. Persistent Contamination
Ezra and Bezalel continue to execute Allegro's binary. This has been confirmed across two consecutive audits with zero remediation.
Action Items
