TestBed VPS (67.205.155.108) unreachable since 2026-04-04. SSH completely fails. VPS may be destroyed or network-blocked.

Impact: Bezalel wizard has no home, CI testbed is down.

Acceptance:

  • VPS recovered, replaced, or deprecated with documentation
  • CI runner functional
  • Bezalel services restored if VPS replaced
