Gitea user exists (id=28), token exists, loop script written, CLI verified. But no clone->code->push->PR smoke test.

Acceptance:

  • Sonnet can clone repo via Gitea HTTP
  • Sonnet can commit, push, create PR
  • At least one sonnet PR merged
  • agent-dispatch.sh includes sonnet
