[EVAL] Review Ezra/Bezalel wizard houses launch report #52

Review artifact:

What to evaluate:

  1. Does the canon / house separation feel right?
  2. Are Ezra and Bezalel launched in the right places?
  3. Is the OpenClaw-for-Ezra / pure-Hermes-for-Bezalel split the right call?
  4. Do we proceed with Telegram bot cutover once BotFather tokens are created?

Current truth from the report:

  • both Hermes houses answered health checks on their dedicated local ports
  • canon and deployment docs are committed and pushed
  • Telegram acceptance remains blocked on human BotFather creation of two new bots

This issue exists so Alexander has a single Gitea artifact explicitly assigned to him for review and judgment.

  • token wiring completed
  • successful bot posts recorded with message ids 249 through 254
  • exact remaining gap stated plainly: Alexander still needs to post one message for the full four-party acceptance criteria

  • Bezalel is awake on a Codex-backed Hermes lane
  • Ezra auth is now fixed: valid Anthropic model calls return HTTP 429 rate-limit/quota responses instead of missing-credential errors

  • Timmy now wears OpenClaw on the local Telegram path
  • OpenClaw probe shows the Timmy bot configured/running with TimmysNexus_bot
  • Alexander's Telegram user was paired/approved in OpenClaw
  • DM is now the streamlined path
  • group replies are still intentionally blocked by current OpenClaw group policy (not-allowed), so DM is the clean channel until we relax group policy on purpose
