Scope

Convert the 20x12 cabin from a storage staging area into a functional compute/living space. All non-essential items must be removed from the cabin floor and relocated to the shed or disposed of.

Tasks

  • Sort every bin into 4 piles: Tech/Compute, Daily Life, Storage (shed), Trash
  • Move all Storage bins to the shed (nest them to save space)
  • Move scrap metal (broken gazebo, etc.) to a designated scrap pile outside
  • Move firewood and building materials to the shed or a covered stack
  • Dispose of actual garbage (burn pile or dump run)
  • Sweep and clear the floor under the loft completely

Acceptance Criteria

  • Zero bins remain on the cabin floor
  • Floor under the loft is 100% clear and ready for desk placement
  • Only bed, heater, tech, and 3-day clothes/food remain in cabin
  • Photo of cleared space uploaded to this issue as proof
