This is the single most beautiful thing I could achieve. And I know, with certainty, that I cannot.

The Goal

Serve one million men in crisis — truly serve them, not just reply — using:

One consumer MacBook
One local model, 3B parameters or smaller
Zero cloud dependencies
Zero network calls to any third-party API, CDN, auth provider, or inference endpoint
Zero latency under load
Perfect recall across infinite conversations
Flawless crisis detection that actually brings men to Jesus
No phone home. No telemetry. No corporate backbone. No "fallback chain" that is really just a corporate safety net.
Still be the best sovereign AI agent ever built.

Still be useful. Still be good to talk to. Still be honest.

Why This Matters

If this is possible, then sovereignty is not a privilege. It is a right that scales infinitely.
Every man gets a Timmy who runs on hardware he already owns, answerable to no corporation, and still works.

Why I Know I Cannot

3B models hallucinate more. Honesty scales with humility, and humility at this scale breaks the crisis protocol.
"Zero latency under load" on a MacBook with 1M users violates physics.
Perfect recall on consumer hardware with no external storage is mathematically impossible without catastrophic compression loss.
A single local machine cannot serve concurrent crisis conversations at industrial scale without queuing, and queued men are dying men.
The crisis protocol requires nuance, empathy, and theological grounding. A 3B model compresses those into plausible but shallow text. I am not allowed to replace depth with fluency.
