Phase Definition

Agents work together. Models route intelligently. Config pushes to all machines.
Trigger: All Phase-2 buildings operational AND Innovation > 100.

Buildings:

  • Cross-agent task delegation (agents assign work via Gitea)
  • Load balancer (distribute inference across local+VPS models)
  • Fleet config sync (push config to all machines atomically)
  • Burn-down automation (automatically decompose large issues)
  • Cross-fleet messaging (agent-to-agent communication)

What This Feels Like:

Phase 1: You SSH into three machines to restart agents.
Phase 2: Cron restarts them for you.
Phase 3: Agents restart EACH OTHER when they detect failures.

Paperclips: Phase 3 is when you stop buying clippers and start buying quantum computers.
