Build on timmy-home#50.

Stage 1 defined the bounded, auditable autoresearch pipeline.
Now we need Stage 2: convert research into real backlog pressure that improves Timmy.

Goal
Turn autoresearch outputs into a provenance-preserving PR/issue queue for local Timmy sophistication work.

This should feed the wizardly council, not produce decorative summaries.
Research should become:

  • candidate architectural decisions
  • candidate eval additions
  • candidate corpus additions
  • candidate repo issues with acceptance criteria
  • candidate pull request packets

Acceptance criteria

  • Stage 2 script or workflow maps normalized research artifacts to concrete next actions by repo
  • every generated action preserves provenance back to the source artifact
  • output format is good enough to become a Gitea issue or PR brief with minimal editing
  • at least 3 real actions are generated from research and land as actual issues or PRs
  • local-first is the default path; any cloud-heavy research step is explicitly marked as sidecar, not hidden default

PR proof required

  • merged PR showing one end-to-end Stage 2 run from source artifact to Gitea-ready action packet
