Local runtime target:
- `~/.timmy/evennia/timmy_world`

Main commands:
- `python3 scripts/evennia/bootstrap_local_evennia.py`
- `python3 scripts/evennia/verify_local_evennia.py`

Hermes control path:
- `scripts/evennia/evennia_mcp_server.py`
- intended MCP server key: `evennia`
- Timmy acts through a real telnet session to localhost:4000
- operator watches through localhost:4001 and/or telnet
