Fleet Operations Runbook

Purpose

Standard operating procedures for fleet operators to ensure consistent, reliable service delivery.

Daily Operations

Pre-Shift Checklist

  • Route planning confirmed
  • Communication devices charged

During Operations

  • Maintain 99.5%+ uptime

Emergency Procedures
