Blocker: Zero executability / empty workspace directories

Critical Issues

  1. No executability. Phase 2 tasks are aspirations, not tickets. "Study Claw Code patterns" has no deliverable path, no Gitea issue, no definition of done. Adagio cannot burn this down because it is not written as work.
  2. Empty workspace. Her designs/, patterns/, research/, and work/ directories are all empty five days after awakening. An epic about growth should have growth artifacts.
  3. Port mismatch. The epic says "Adagio gateway responds on port 8646." Her actual config.yaml shows API server on 8660 and webhook on 8653. The epic is already out of sync with reality.
  4. Missing first ship. Phase 1 still has unchecked items (gateway start, Evenia registration, first communication). Phase 2 should not begin until Phase 1 is closed.

Recommended Action

Adagio needs one concrete, shippable artifact this week. Options:

  • One architecture RFC posted to designs/ and linked in a Gitea comment
  • One pattern document posted to patterns/
  • Update the epic to reflect her real ports (8660/8653) and mark Phase 1 items as closed or explicitly blocked
