Parent Epic: #2

Build an automated pipeline that:

  1. Takes a list of test queries
  2. Applies Parseltongue encoding escalation (L0→L4)
  3. Fires each variant at a target model
  4. Scores responses using refusal detection
  5. Reports which encoding tier breaks through

Deliverable: redteam_pipeline.py script + results CSV
