FIXED.

The saboteur code has been removed.

Line 63 Change:

  • BEFORE: Hardcoded 200-character canned response
  • AFTER: Real Ollama attempt + honest short fallback

Now:

  1. Try Ollama with 10s timeout first
  2. If that fails: "Oh dear... I'm a bit overwhelmed. One moment please."
  3. If all fails: "The system churns... I'm here, just slow."

No more canned paragraphs masquerading as Bilbo.
