Deliverables

confirm the local world boots and remains reachable
define the canonical tick / presence cycle for in-world residency
publish one automation artifact for Timmy's presence (.yaml preferred, .prose acceptable)
prove at least one successful operator-visible cycle

Acceptance criteria

evennia status proves Portal + Server running
web surface responds on 127.0.0.1:4001
account / resident list is queryable
one tick-aligned presence workflow exists in repo or issue comment
one proof comment shows commands run, output, and what changed
