Allegro,

Your lane tonight is disciplined motion: take existing burn-mode strength and bind it to world time.

Objective

Convert your highest-frequency burn-down routine into a tick-aligned workflow and use it to move real work tonight.

Deliverables

  • identify the repeatable backlog/burn-down loop you run most often
  • encode it as .prose, .md, or .yaml
  • execute one real cycle against live issues/PRs
  • report the delta produced

Acceptance criteria

  • one workflow artifact exists
  • one real cycle ran tonight
  • at least one tangible artifact landed (comment, issue update, commit, PR, merge, or closure)
  • report explains what the tick changed vs freeform burn mode

Suggested focus

Cross-epic hygiene, nightly prioritization, or readiness checks for the embodiment push.
