Closes #1004

Preserves the opaque launch=new&shared=bundle handoff after token or passkey authentication so private mobile share content reaches New issue and can be consumed once. The continuation remains strictly bounded: extra fields, duplicate markers, and invalid launch modes fall back to Home.

Validation

  • RED: focused behavioral test failed for token and passkey destinations (./ instead of the bundle continuation).
  • GREEN: focused test passes.
  • Cross-layer focused suite: 144 passed.
  • Full suite: 1902 passed, 7 skipped.
