User problem

Mobile Delivery correctly surfaces blocked work, but opens the full mixed Drafts page. Operators must scan unrelated drafts and infer the safe action, so authored work can remain stranded.

Vertical slice

Open a focused recovery session at the highest-priority actionable delivery, explain its state, expose the existing safe primary action, advance only after confirmed resolution, retain position on failure, and hand back to Prepare Today when Delivery clears.

Acceptance

  • Mixed authorization, attention, uncertain, and waiting deliveries are ordered safely.
  • The focused session exposes one state-appropriate primary action with destination, reason, and attempt details.
  • Successful resolution advances to the next delivery; failure retains the current item.
  • Final resolution hands off through Prepare Today.
  • Mobile controls remain phone-safe and the module is packaged/offline cached.
  • Behavioral tests cover ordering, advance, retention, and integration.
