Closes #1036

Adds a persisted, bounded timed-break flow to the mobile Today session: accessible preset/custom duration sheet, truthful paused countdown, Back-safe cancellation, reload recovery, and explicit Resume Today return. Keeps expiry paused and preserves the active item.

Validation:

  • pytest -q — 1969 passed, 7 skipped
  • packaged Playwright mobile journey at 390x844 and 320x568 — passed
  • release archive manifest/checksum verification — passed
