Closes #1042

What changed

  • isolate and discard malformed or structurally invalid Today queue records
  • deliver valid offline edits in preserved order and retain them until acknowledged
  • announce the exact recovery count instead of falsely reporting plain saved status
  • exercise the recovery flow in the packaged 390px mobile journey

Verification

  • pytest -q tests/test_today_sync.py — 20 passed
  • pytest -q — 1978 passed, 7 skipped
  • packaged release verification passed
  • gated packaged mobile Today journey — 1 passed
