User problem

The active Today progress sheet posts text only. Mobile operators must leave the focused Today flow to attach a camera photo or existing image to the same issue/PR, losing the one-handed progress-update journey. Existing conversation attachment, durable authored-outbox, and IndexedDB draft infrastructure can support this safely.

Acceptance criteria

  • Add update accepts camera/gallery photo evidence, including photo-only updates, for the exact active Today issue or PR.
  • Text and ordered photos restore only for the confirmed account and exact Today item after close/reload; switching items cannot leak evidence.
  • Save checkpoints blobs without posting or advancing Today. Post durably admits body plus attachments using stable operation IDs; failure preserves the draft and retry state.
  • Successful durable admission clears only that Today draft and leaves the same Today item/timer/plan active.
  • At 390x844 and 320x568 the sheet has no horizontal overflow, remains scrollable, and controls are at least 44px.
  • Focused and full tests pass.

Non-duplication evidence

Current origin/main (7502d6f) shipped text-only Today progress in #1052/#1053. Historical photo work covers issue creation, Search, Updates, and conversation composers, not the active Today progress sheet. All 529 historical issue records, current open issues, open PRs, recent commits, and releases through v0.1.0-rc.1276 were reviewed; no title/commit combines Today progress with photo/image evidence.
