What changed

  • fingerprint Today progress text plus ordered photo identity/caption metadata so evidence edits rotate the comment operation ID
  • reject authored-outbox operation-ID reuse when the queued action payload differs
  • checkpoint post-admission photo cleanup and resume cleanup after reload without admitting delivery twice
  • make the mobile sheet distinguish queued delivery from local cleanup recovery

Tests

  • pytest -q tests/test_today_progress.py tests/test_authored_outbox.py (40 passed)
  • pytest -q (2000 passed, 7 skipped)
  • node --check frontend/today-progress.js && node --check frontend/authored-outbox.js
