Closes #1078

What changed

  • persist an account-scoped Search interruption and exclude Search time from the active Today checkpoint
  • show the paused item and a 44px Return to Today action in Search and Search Preview
  • restore exactly once on close/back/return while a newly started result clears the old handoff
  • keep the core mobile runtime within its 99 KiB gzip budget

Verification

  • RED: focused timer test failed because beginSearch did not exist
  • unit/integration: 2031 passed, 7 skipped
  • packaged browser journeys: 12 passed
  • deterministic release bundle built and verified locally for commit d4910b4398452a6ca813489453854f51bcfa2e7b
