Summary

  • pause a running Today timer while mobile Insights is open
  • render a durable paused-task banner with a 44px Return to Today action
  • restore the detour across reload, Back, Close, and Escape without double-resuming
  • reopen the same Today item after a reload-safe return

Verification

  • RED: Insights timer/reload and Return-to-Today behavioral tests failed before implementation
  • python3 -m pytest tests/ -q → 2040 passed, 7 skipped
  • packaged 390×844 browser journey → 1 passed
  • python3 -m pip_audit -r requirements.txt --strict → no known vulnerabilities
  • deterministic release bundle and SHA-256 verified locally
