What changed

preserve the exact merge commit returned by Gitea
expose no-store CI/release evidence matched to that commit only
persist an account-scoped mobile release receipt with failed, pending, waiting, and released states
add a phone-safe accessible receipt sheet without blocking the next Today transition

Verification

python3 -m pytest tests/ -q — 2062 passed, 8 skipped
Chromium 320×568 — no horizontal overflow; all controls 44px high
