Summary

  • seal Security activity kind, method, device label, and target with the shared private-state AES-GCM cipher bound to immutable event IDs
  • atomically migrate legacy plaintext journals while preserving IDs, ordering, pagination, retention, and pending operation semantics
  • fail closed on missing/wrong keys or tampered ciphertext and document the deployment contract

Verification

  • RED observed for encrypted-at-rest, legacy migration, wrong-key/tamper, and missing-key behavioral tests
  • focused Security activity suites: 31 passed
  • full suite: 2127 passed, 8 skipped
