CI regression: mobile handoff break status assertion fails on main #1162

The main-branch CI browser-journey job failed in task 3744 after merge PR #1161.

Observed failure:
tests/e2e/test_mobile_today_handoff_release.py::test_release_artifact_plans_hands_off_and_opens_next_mobile_issue expected On break · resume in, but the packaged release did not render that status before timeout.

Acceptance criteria

  • Add a focused regression test that fails against the current break-status behavior.
  • Make the smallest deterministic fix so the mobile handoff journey displays the active break countdown.
  • Full python3 -m pytest tests/ -q passes.
  • Gitea Actions browser-journey succeeds after merge and an RC tag/release is produced.
