Closes #1186

What changed

  • Save & next stages each day and advances without closing the mobile planner.
  • Day progress and the planned-day count stay visible; the seventh action becomes Save week.
  • The selected day is focused/scrolled into view, and concurrent conflicts open immediately without losing the phone draft.

Verification

  • RED observed for missing seven-day pass/workflow advancement.
  • pytest -q tests/test_week_plan_frontend.py — 16 passed.
  • Packaged Chromium at 320×568 and 390×844 — 4 passed.
  • pytest -q — 2245 passed, 11 skipped.
  • Deterministic bundle checksum and verify_release.py passed for 55e1c3d6dd.
