Closes #1188

Adds a final mobile review across all seven dates, capacity/overload visibility, duplicate allocation repair by moving work, backend cross-day uniqueness, and coalesced delivery for edits staged during an active save.

Verification:

  • pytest -q — 2250 passed, 11 skipped
  • STACKCHAIN_RUN_RELEASE_E2E=1 pytest -q tests/e2e/test_mobile_week_ahead_release.py — 4 passed at 320×568 and 390×844
  • release bundle built from commit d5f13c4afb1f
