Closes #1208

Adds bounded daily/weekly recurrence, RDATE/EXDATE, all-day, cancelled/transparent semantics, and count-only unsupported-rule gating. Calendar metadata remains on-device.

Verified locally: 12 focused tests; 2,290 full-suite tests; 4 packaged mobile Week Ahead journeys at 320×568 and 390×844.
