Closes #1216

Opens Week Ahead as a non-mutating seven-day mobile overview, highlights the next planned day and sync/load state, and keeps day/week editing explicit.

Verified locally: 2300 passed, 11 skipped; packaged Week Ahead browser journey 4 passed at 320×568 and 390×844.
