Closes #1224

Adds a confirmed, revision-checked handoff from the next Week Ahead day into an empty Today plan. The action is hidden for offline/pending plans and preserves the normal due-date guard.

Validation:

  • pytest tests/ -q — 2317 passed, 11 skipped
  • packaged mobile Week Ahead journey — 6 passed at 320×568 and 390×844
