Closes #1233

Product slice

  • replace the single saved reschedule with a backward-compatible account-scoped FIFO
  • preserve folded optimistic Today and Week snapshots across multiple offline moves and reloads
  • drain stable operation IDs oldest-first with one request in flight
  • rebase the next move on each confirmed Today/Week revision

Validation

  • RED observed: second offline move replaced the first saved operation and lost it after a cached Week reload
  • focused: 94 passed
  • full: 2338 passed, 12 skipped
  • node --check frontend/today-week-reschedule.js and git diff --check pass
