Closes #1235

Outcome

  • retires a successfully closed issue and its estimate from every Week Ahead day
  • preserves sibling order, capacity, unrelated days, and conflict-safe pending delivery
  • refreshes the open mobile overview with saved/sync-pending truth and stable focus
  • rolls the installed PWA shell to v129

Verification

  • python3 -m pytest tests/ -q — 2341 passed, 12 skipped
  • packaged Week Ahead browser suite — 6 passed at 320x568 and 390x844
  • deterministic release bundle checksum and manifest verified locally
  • core runtime remains within the 100 KiB gzip budget (102397 bytes)
