Closes #1240

Adds touch-safe active unplanning from the live Week Ahead overview, with a 10-second Undo that restores the exact date, order, and estimate. Removal changes only private planning state and preserves durable sync/conflict behavior.

Validation:

  • python3 -m pytest tests/ -q — 2353 passed, 12 skipped
  • packaged release verification — passed
  • STACKCHAIN_RUN_RELEASE_E2E=1 python3 -m pytest tests/e2e/test_mobile_week_ahead_release.py -q — 6 passed at 320x568 and 390x844
